Suicide Prevention
If you are having thoughts about suicide or know of someone who is, get help!  You can't save yourself or someone you love on your own.  There is always someone who will listen and help.  If you can't think of a teacher, parent, adult friend, coach, pastor, or doctor who you trust, log on to one of the links below.  They offer good advice and ways to find help.

Or pick up the phone and call the
National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-SUICIDE.

And remember, you are never alone.  There is always someone who cares.
